This special option is exclusively for those attending the 2019 US Pony Fair on July 27th and 28th in Tampa, Florida and are able to collect the box during the event. Upon payment to ThePonyBusiness your order will be put in an appropriate box or sleeve and placed inside the box heading towards Clipper (Daniel). The box will be shipped to Clipper in the week of May 21st using a tracked shipping service. To pick-up your order print out the order conformation email in advance (only a printed conformation is accepted) and show it at Clipper’s table. You will be asked to sign a copy of your confirmation email.
If any order that isn’t picked up after the event closes will stay with Clipper for 2 weeks. You will be notified your order is in Clippers’s possession and you are asked to get in contact with us (ThePonyBusiness). Any unclaimed orders after the two weeks of the event (deadline 10th of August) will be cancelled and not refunded.
All purchases using the US Pony Fair Pick-Up option are non-refundable after the August 10th.
